Exchange Policy

We check and pack every item before mailing them out, therefore we only accept exchange of items which are faulty or damaged during the delivery process. We offer a 7 day exchange period from the day you've purchased the item. We regret to inform you that we do not accept refunds. 

Please write to us at opendaystore@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged item and we will get in touch with you within 3 working days.
